I submitted my test sentences and never got a response. What should I do?

We are usually able to respond to test sentences within 1-3 business days. If you haven’t heard back from us within that time frame, first check your email spam or junk folder, as our communications have on occasion ended up there. Second, make sure that you submitted your test inventory. If you can log back into the web recorder and it allows you to re-enter the test inventory, then you need to click the “Finalize” button within the red banner at the top of the page.  If you submitted your test inventory more than 3 days ago and do not find an email from us in your spam or junk folder, then please contact us at staff@modeltalker.org.
